A variety of courses to gain knowledge, confidence and key skills
There are also emotional wellbeing support courses such as understanding your trauma and more. Sign up today using access code LIGHTHOUSE to gain knowledge, confidence and skills to support your parenting and understanding of children and young people or even yourself.
All the courses can be completed flexibly, at your own pace. Each of the course modules takes around 15 to 20 minutes to complete. The courses can also be accessed in over 90+ languages!
Togetherall
Hartlepool Borough Council is providing free access for residents aged 16+ to Togetherall – a safe, anonymous 24/7 online community for mental health and wellbeing support.
